Raymond Metal Bed

This mixed media queen bed is simple in design, but it’s the combination of solid acacia wood and heavy gauge metal that makes it interesting. The angular, solid wood posts feature a weathered dark brown finish with an indented embellishment at the top and emphasize clean vertical lines. In contrast, the tubular metal forms a geometric pattern on the headboard and footboard that showcases strong horizontal lines in a textured black finish. Although this bed is crafted in the rustic farmhouse style, the sleek linear arrangement in matte black adds a strong modern element to the aesthetic as well.
